We are seeking a passionate and motivated CSR Fundraising Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating fundraising activities aimed at supporting our CSR initiatives.

This role requires a strong commitment to our organizational mission, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support our CSR projects and initiatives. Cultivate relationships with potential donors, corporate partners, and sponsors. Plan and organize fundraising events, campaigns, and activities. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling fundraising materials, including proposals, presentations, and donor communications. Utilize various fundraising platforms and channels to solicit donations and sponsorships. Monitor and evaluate fundraising performance, track progress towards goals, and provide regular reports to management. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to fundraising and CSR.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Previous experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or related roles is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with donors and stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passionate about making a positive impact and contributing to meaningful CSR initiatives.
