Assistant Manager, F&A AnalyticsWe are looking for a business analyst who would be responsible for handling business intelligence and analytics projects in F&A domain.

The business analyst will be responsible for working with client to gather the details and work with data and visualization team to deliver end-to-end reporting and analytics projects

Responsibilities

Relevant years of hands-on experience in F&A analytics

  • Good Domain knowledge of at least one of the F&A process – Accounts payable or Account Receivables or Record to Report
  • Good understanding of SAP ERP - FICO modules
  • Good analytical and logical reasoning skills
  • Ability to slice and dice large data sets and derive the right insights
  • Ability to analyse client business problems, devise the right solution approach and lead execution
  • Storytelling and narrative on InsightsSkilled at managing in a complex, cross-functional organization where the team needs to collaborate and integrate with other teams across multiple functions.
Expertise in solving multiple complex business problems in parallel and devise the right solution by channelizing the data.
Collaborate with the development team and project stakeholders to establish the technical vision and analyze the tradeoffs between the usability and performance needsReview the tasks completed by the development team and drive the UAT, validation and final release to the project stakeholdersCommunicates accurate and timely project status, issues, risks and scope changes to the customer advocate and project stakeholdersIndependently work on ad-hoc and critical requests as required

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Education qualification of Graduate/Masters in finance or CA/BE CS/ Msc in Eco or statsStrong business, data, and statistical analysis experienceHands on experience in executing analytical and automation projects in F&A including but not limited to AP, AR, Credit, rebates, charge backs, discounts, leakages, disputes, contract management

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Proficiency with database such as SAP HANA, SAP -FICO
  • Proficiency with SQL Server and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
  • Proficiency with BI and Analytics tools such Snowflakes, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, Excel, MS Access
  • Demonstrated delivery of multiple complex projects
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
  • Strong object-oriented background
  • Strong team player with commitment to excellence
  • Flexible positive attitude
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
