Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a General Manager at Dolphy located in Surat.
As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, managing teams across various departments such as marketing, sales, projects coordination, business development, IT, human resources, accounts, finance, and administration.
You will be working closely with the executive team to drive growth and expansion strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality standards.
