What you'll do

  • Act as the Service Execution Owner for IT Technology Services Senior Specialist – Availability Management
  • Guarantee quick service restoration for customers' critical situations and fast Root Cause Analysis for major incidents
  • Coordinate communication with internal stakeholders and various teams
  • Drive technical resolutions for extended outages
  • Lead action plans to de-escalate outages and prevent recurrences
  • Support complex Root Cause Analyses
  • Participate in regional meetings and contribute to incident resolution strategies
  • Present incident trends and analysis to senior management
  • Coordinate international teams for global projects and crisis management

What you bring

  • Minimum of 8 years of work experience with expertise in SAP Basis and HANA DB
  • Specialization in ABAP, JAVA, Business object, and HANA DB
  • Experience in senior operational roles
  • Proficiency in English communication
  • Data-driven with knowledge in SAP Analytics Cloud Reports and Cloud Reporting
  • Experience with Service Now is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
  • ITIL Foundation Certification and project management certification are beneficial
