About the Job :

We are seeking skilled and experienced Service Now Business Analysts / Functional Consultants with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidates will have a strong background in gathering and analyzing business requirements, and translating them into functional specifications for Service Now implementations.

Location:
Noida, Pune and Mumbai

Educational Background :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for Service Now implementations, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and use cases, and ensure alignment with project objectives and stakeholders' expectations.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure that functional specifications are accurately translated into technical designs and solutions within the Service Now platform.
  • Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements, gather feedback, and drive consensus on solutions.
  • Assist with the configuration, testing, and deployment of Service Now solutions, and provide support during the implementation phase.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback from endusers to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the project lifecycle, including troubleshooting issues and addressing change requests.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest Service Now features, capabilities, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for their adoption within our organization and for our clients.

Skills Required :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, with a focus on IT projects and solutions.
  • Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements, and translating them into functional specifications for Service Now implementations.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and principles, with experience in areas such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, and CMDB.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Service Now certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified System Administrator) preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, collaborative team environment.
