Job Role:

  • Acquisition of New Client (NTB) through external individual efforts for Current Account, Savings Account Products of the bank.
  • Customers to be sourced from individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, corporates.
  • Revenue Generation, Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention.
  • Maintaining Avg. Quarterly Balance.
  • Conducts regular promotional and customer events to generate leads.
  • Cross selling of MF, Gold Loan, FD, Insurance and asset products.

Job Mandates:
Must have own two-wheeler and all valid documents.
Good communication skills.
1-5 yrs. field sales exp. preferably from CASA Sales, demat account opening, POS Machine sales, Direct Sales Insurance, Business Loans, Home Loans etc.
Must be willing to join early.
