Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Visual Designer to join our team. This role will require skills in both print and digital media, responsible for crafting compelling brand identities, designing engaging social media content, creating informative pitch and marketing decks, and developing intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in graphic design and UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise across these disciplines.

  • Deck Design and Development: Design and develop compelling pitch decks and marketing decks that effectively communicate to the reader.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Strong creative vision with the ability to produce original ideas for various design projects.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field; advanced degree or specialized design certifications preferred.
  • Proven Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a broad range of design work including pitch and marketing decks.
  • Technical Skills: Mastery of design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Figma. Experience with UX research tools and methods.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate design concepts.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address design challenges and provide effective, creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Identity Design: Develop and refine our brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing and product platforms.
  • Social Media Content Creation: Design visually appealing social media templates and posts that engage our audience and convey our message effectively.
  • Print and Digital Media Design: Create compelling layouts for print media and digital content, including brochures, promotional materials, pitch decks, and marketing decks.
  • UI/UX Design: Design user interfaces for our platform and conduct UX research to improve user satisfaction and engagement.
  • Deck Design and Development: Design and develop compelling pitch decks and marketing decks that effectively communicate the brand's value proposition and strategic objectives to stakeholders,clients and potential investors.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure design coherence and effectiveness.
