We are in need of a highly talented Visual Designer to join our creative team as we enhance our capabilities. As a Visual Designer, you will have a pivotal role in delivering impactful narratives through visual presentations and designs that effectively convey intricate ideas and concepts. Collaborating closely with our diverse/global teams, you will create captivating visuals that resonate with the ZS/Client brand identity and connect with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop visually appealing and conceptually rich PowerPoint presentations, visual storyboards, email/newsletters, and campaigns.
  • Create attention-grabbing graphics and layouts for print and digital materials.
  • Produce top-notch mockups and prototypes to articulate design concepts effectively.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, G-suite to craft visually compelling presentations and documents for internal and external use.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technology, and best practices in visual design, integrating them into our projects.
  • Participate in and lead brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas to enhance our design projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field preferred.
  • >=3 years of professional experience in visual design, preferably in a creative agency or design studio.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G-suite, and design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative thinking across various mediums.
  • Sound knowledge of typography, color theory, and design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a zeal for delivering high-quality work.
  • Storyteller with robust conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.

Further skills that add value:

  • Experience in motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Interest in modern technologies like Generative AI.
