About the RoleAs a DSP Software Engineer, you will be working on software products that will be developed on OEM IVI/HU and amplifiers.
Software development involves working with complex, multi-threaded, multi-processor or multi-core architectures and audio frameworks to integrate DSP algorithms and control structures.
Your TeamWhile this is an individual contributor role, you will be expected to lead with influence and work with cross-functional team members drawn from all relevant functions within the business in a matrix organization.
This team will be empowered and aligned around company objectives. Excellent communication and leadership skills will be key to success.What You Will DoCustomize and integrate audio DSP algorithms for the automotive environment within complex, multi-threaded, multi-processor architectures and audio frameworksPort DSP algorithms to various processors/platforms and make use of available resources, peripherals, accelerators, compiler features, etcDefinition and design of audio signal flows and software architectures using SW platform componentsDevelop production ready software following a defined software development processEstimate processing resources including MIPS, ROM and RAM and optimize individual algorithms and total system performanceWhat You Need· BE or MS degree in Electronics/Computer science /Telecommunication· Total 10-14 years of experience signal processing, with at least 2 years of experience in audio post processing technologies· Very Experienced in C/C++ language· Strong skills on C++ object-oriented programming· Analytical thinker & quality driven engineer – profound experience in efficient debugging and problem· Deep experience on DSP processors like Sharc, TI or similar· Very good signal processing knowledge· Experience in working in Agile framework· Experience in Jira and scrum process will be add on· Experience on Android platforms· Usage of Matlab and Python will be add onWhat is Nice to Have· Experience with ASPICE or similar processes is a plusWhat Makes You EligibleWillingness to work in an office located in Bangalore, India.
