Als Teamlead IT Service Delivery ben je in deze kaderfunctie verantwoordelijk voor de goede werking van IT Operations (Service Desk, externe partners, processen, tools, ...)
Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw medewerkers in een virtueel team. Je fungeert als SPOC naar het ICT Management.
Voornaamste activiteiten:
- Teamlead: IT Operations, People Management, begeleiding & motivatie
- Kwaliteitsbewaking: Opvolging kwaliteit en rapportering naar het eigen team, de business en het ICT Management in verband met Incident & Change management
- Leveranciersbeheer: Interactie met interne of externe leveranciers in SLA-afspraken voor 3rd line escalaties
- Innovatie: Evolutie van de geboden oplossingen, voorstellen tot verbetering, problem management, knowledge management en deze omzetten in projecten
- Tooling: Zorgen dat de juiste middelen worden ingezet
Requirements - Master of Bachelor opleiding met relevante ervaring en eventueel aanvullende opleidingen
- Zeer goede kennis van de werking van een IT Service afdeling
- Bij voorkeur ITIL Certified of gelijkwaardige voldoende relevante ervaring
- Know-how van processen, procedures, tooling & rapportering
- Zeer sterk mensgericht, goede people mgt vaardigheden, empathisch
- Flexibele ingesteldheid
- Continue drive naar verbetering op allerlei vlakken
- Vlotte communicator met verschillende gesprekspartners
- Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands & Engels.
