This helps children grow academically and in other areas of their lives, enabling them to better handle the challenges they may face.


Job Summary:

As a Field Sales Associate, you will represent Chessensei in the field, engaging with clients, conducting on-site assessments, and supporting our sales and service operations.

You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing feedback to improve our products and services.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:Visit client sites to establish and maintain strong relationships, address client needs, and provide exceptional customer service.

On-Site Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, gather relevant data, and provide recommendations for products or services.

Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing on-site demonstrations, product information, and supporting the closing of sales.

Service Delivery: Coordinate and oversee the delivery and installation of products/services, ensuring client satisfaction.

Market Research: Gather and report on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to help shape our strategies and offerings.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, site visits, assessments, and sales activities using CRM tools and other documentation methods.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve client issues promptly, escalating to higher management when necessary.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure a cohesive and efficient approach to client management and service delivery.

Revenue Generation: Generate revenue through maximum enrollment in our online and offline chess courses by effectively promoting and selling our programs to potential clients.

Qualifications:

-
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales required; EdTech sales experience is a plus.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent problem solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant tools.

Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.

Requirements: Should have a two-wheeler.

  • Able to travel within the city of Bengaluru.

Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region to meet with clients.
