Responsibilities:

Scope of Work Creation:

Collaborate with the Sales and Project Management teams to create accurate and comprehensive SOW documents tailored to each client's unique requirements.


SOW Tracking and Management:

Monitor the progress of SOWs from initial drafting to final approval, ensuring timely follow-ups with all stakeholders to expedite the signing process.


Contract Extension:
Liaise with customers to discuss contract extensions, negotiate terms, and facilitate seamless transitions.

Document Maintenance:
Organize and maintain a repository of signed SOWs, ensuring easy accessibility for reference and audit purposes.

Communication and Coordination:

Act as a focal point of contact between internal teams and customers, fostering effective communication to facilitate successful SOW processing.


Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure all SOW documents comply with company policies and industry standards, maintaining a high level of accuracy and precision.


Process Improvement:
Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the SOW management process, streamlining procedures for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

Proven Experience:

A minimum of [X] years of hands-on experience in creating, managing, and tracking SOWs in a sales or project coordination capacity.


Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with internal teams and external clients.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word:
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, including formatting, version control, and document editing.

Digital Signature Software:
Familiarity with digital signature software to manage electronic approvals and signatures efficiently.

Detail-Oriented:
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all SOW documents.

Organizational Skills:
Ability to multitask and manage multiple SOWs simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Problem-Solving Abilities:
Resourceful and proactive in resolving issues related to SOW processing and approvals.

Collaborative Team Player:
A team-oriented approach, willing to collaborate and support colleagues to achieve common goals.

Salary:
From ₹30,000.00 per month
