We are on the lookout for a dynamic Business Development Manager with a minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing and advertising. Your role will involve spearheading our client expansion efforts and devising effective sales strategies.


The primary objective is to drive continuous financial growth by enhancing sales and cultivating strong partnerships to meet revenue and margin targets monthly.


Requirements
  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to meet revenue goals and enhance market reach.
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects, leading the team in acquiring fresh clients.
  • Manage a solid sales pipeline and oversee the sales cycle efficiently.
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with key clients, ad agencies, and media buyers.
  • Offer customized advertising solutions to align with client objectives.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors' moves, and industry advancements for growth opportunities.
  • Generate sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for senior management.
  • Suggest sales strategies and process enhancements based on market trends.
  • Plan and supervise new marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for smooth execution of ad campaigns.
  • Provide reliable feedback and post-sales support.
  • Coach junior staff to become proficient sales professionals.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital media sales, advertising, and branded content.
  • Proven ability to scale up business operations.
  • Desirable experience as the head of a profit center.
  • Accomplished and experienced leader in a competitive market segment.
  • Possess strong business acumen to drive organizational growth.
