Lead internal IT projects, including the design and implementation of new IT systems, applications, and services to improve the capability and efficiency of the organizationAnalyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for all internal IT needsMaintain, manage and excel on all existing IT landscape including MS Dynamic365 tools (CRM, ERP, FO, Fin, etc.), Office 365, Power Platform (PowerApp, PowerBI)Hands on experience with testing, QA and troubleshooting software issues related to internal IT and aligning as well as implementing the ISO 27001 & ISMS guidelinesLead implementation and augmentation of business continuity process for all services as per the organizational needsExperience with framing policies, processes, and proceduresMonitor performance of information technology systems to drive cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving & standardization of the IT environmentAssess vendors and develop strategies for new end user devices and softwareManagement reporting and dashboards for predictability & performanceAssuring all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulationsRemaining up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices.Prepare budgets for both operations as well as for new initiativesEnsure completeness of documentation

Required Skill Set:

Overall 15+ years of experience with minimum 10+ years hands on experience (expert Level) in Microsoft Technology (D365, O365, Power Platform)In depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic application Architecture Expert in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and improving D365 and Power Platforms (PwrApp and PwrBI)Excellent team player, experienced in managing teams across geography in different time zoneProficiency in Azure Cloud including Server, Office, and Exchange, AD, DNS, End Point etc.Experience with IT Security, applications, and interfaceBachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related fieldMicrosoft D365 certification preferred

Management and leadership skills:

Ability to work in global environments with teams spread globallyMulti-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksHighly organized and detail oriented
