Role: International Business Head

Join our team at ImpactGuru as an International Business Head. We're seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry and dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare access and patient care across globe

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive international business strategies to drive growth and expand market presence
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets, including partnerships, joint ventures, and collaborations
  • Leverage existing HNI network connections to secure funding, donations, and support for healthcare campaigns
  • Undertake travel (up to 20%) to meet with potential partners, donors, and key stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on international business activities, progress, and challenges
  • Ensure all international operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and ethical guidelines.

Required Skills :

  • Preferred 3+ years of relevant experience within a startup environment, specifically in the healthcare sector
  • Preferred extensive network of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and proven experience in securing
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in diverse cultural settings and understand international market dynamics.
