Who you will work withThe global PPK group is a key function, which helps to identify, create, and leverage "best of Bain" content, expertise, and also helps Bain practice areas develop commercial strategies.

The Reporting & Analytics Sr.

Manager (GCO) position is based at Bain's Gurgaon BCN office and is an integral part of the Reporting & Analytics CoE.

The team-let is responsible to support Global Commercial Operations (GCO) team with its mission to take firm's commercial operations capabilities to the next level, with the ambition of raising partner productivity and transforming how Bain creates and captures demand for its products and sells impactful, scale engagements at its most important clients.

The Senior Manager will play a critical role in improving the commercial effectiveness of Bain's partners through insightful and actionable analyses; respected recommendations which enhance management decision-making; and development of specific programs to enhance partner commercial skills and capabilities.


This is a highly visible role within Bain and will involve close collaboration with the senior leadership across functional, practice and other strategic groups within Bain.

The successful candidate will have a process excellence mindset and approach, experience in quantitative research/analytics and in operationalizing analytics delivery teams.
