Should understand New emerging Technology. Earlier experience of IT (Services Sales and Training) Sales Preferred. Responsible for heading up their expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients Revenue generation through New Account Development. Make presentations, respond to RFI / RFP / RFQ suitably after discussing with technical teams. Validate proposals and solutions deliverables with due diligence. Manage strategic accounts and identify opportunities with existing customers. Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle. (Create, negotiate and close commercial agreements) Communicate and engage with client organizations to understand their critical needs and offer best-fit requirement solutions to them. He/She must be persuasive, well-mannered and have good negotiation skills. He/She must be good with numbers. The ability to write reports and proposals. Building relationships with existing clients in an attempt to increase their current spend Drive peak performance and sales success across the organization Proven business development manager who is used to working to targets Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business
