Job Description:
  • Make a minimum of 100+ calls daily with the provided leads.
  • Convince customers and generate meetings through calls.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
  • Arrange site visits for customers.
  • Coordinate with marketing team and managers.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by superiors.
  • Provide maximum responses from leads to sales department with accurate customer feedback.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
  • Maintain leads and client data.


Skills:
  • Excellent business communication skills with proficiency in English.
  • Strong persuasion skills, target orientation, and tactfulness.
  • Highly energetic with a cordial approach to interact with customers and resolve queries effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Decision-making abilities.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
