As part of our growth strategy, we seek a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and execute our digital marketing initiatives.
Job Description &Key Responsibilities:1. Establish and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to distribute content and promote thecompany's courses and training programs.2. Work with a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain the Company's digital presence3. Maintain consistent brand messaging across all paid, owned & earned media channels4. Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviours and trends, and implement research into digital marketingcampaigns5. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, FacebookAds, LinkedIn Ads, etc.6.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics,Facebook Insights, etc.) and provide actionable insights for improvement.7.
Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIsand KPIs8.Content Management for social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to increasebrand visibility and engagement, collaborating with existing content creation team9.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing collaterals, landing pages, and other materials tosupport digital marketing efforts.10. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, education technology, and onlinelearning platforms.Job Requirements:

Functional Skills:1. Proven experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies, preferably in education or e-learning industry.2. Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) andexperience in managing advertising campaigns.3. Proficiency in content creation and social media management across various platforms.4. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.5. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.6. Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research7. Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
Mandatory
Technical Skills:1. Familiarity with education technology platforms such as Graphy / Knorish / Pabbly, AiSensy is highly desirable.2. Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.3. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles and tools like Wix, Wordpress, etc
General Expectations:1. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.3. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.4. Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends5. Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation6. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. A relevant certification in digitalmarketing is a plus7. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices8. Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends9. Strong project management and managerial skills
