Mission

Au sein de la Direction Marketing & Communication, dans l'équipe Produits, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec la Responsable des Achats et aurez notamment pour missions :

Être responsable de l'offre de produits non capillaires (accessoires, électro beauté, vestiaire, matériel coiffeur...) :

  • Evaluer le portefeuille produits existant et mettre en place les plans de lancements innovations pour combler les trous d'offres ;
  • Piloter les projets de sourcing développement ;
  • Acheter les produits ;
  • Gérer le développement produit, en collaboration étroite avec les équipes marques et distribution (Packaging, Planning, Règlementaire, Juridique, etc...) ;
  • Suivre les approvisionnements ;
  • Réaliser des veilles concurrentielles.

Gérer les relations fournisseurs :

  • Piloter les relations avec les fournisseurs ;
  • Sourcer de nouveaux fournisseurs ;
  • Coordonner le pilotage fournisseur avec la division distribution ;
  • Partager les best practices et les projets de développement avec la division distribution ;
  • Négocier les contrats de partenariats commerciaux.

Effectuer du tracking / suivi :

  • Accompagner la responsable des achats sur les achats et le sourcing des produits capillaires (shampooings, soins etc) : formalisation, mise en place de tableaux de suivi, rétroplanning etc.

Qualifications

Diplômé(e) d'un Bac +5, spécialisation Achats / Approvisionnements, vous avez minimum 3 ans d'expériences sur une fonction similaire, idéalement dans le monde de la beauté.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos excellentes capacités de négociation, votre gestion des priorités et votre rigueur / organisation.

Vous parlez un anglais professionnel (vous êtes capable de mener des négociations en anglais avec des partenaires étrangers).
