Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions with the team following development processes like SOLID principles, TDD, and code reviews.
- Maintain coding processes and standards for quality, clean, and efficient code with a focus on maintainability and performance.
- Collaborate with the team on project planning and delivery.
- Mentor developers on best software development practices.
- Identify technical debt areas and define a roadmap for incremental improvements.
- Propose innovative ideas and work with the team to bring them to life.
- Promote team accountability and autonomy.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- Extensive full-stack experience - database, backend, and frontend.
- Strong modern client-side Javascript skills.
- Deep knowledge of software design, architecture, and programming best practices.
- Proficiency in .Net Framework and .Net Core.
- Strong OO skills and programming experience in C#.
- Experience in building single page applications (SPA) with React.
- Proficiency in building RESTful web services with Web API.
- Expertise in database design, SQL, Entity Framework, and Linq.
- Proficient in Visual Studio, source control, DevOps tools.
- Strong agile development and unit testing experience.
Desired Skills
- Experience in leading software development teams.
- Excellent communication, written, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in multiple project teams.
