Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 1-2 Years of experience in Human Resources or a related data field
  • Strong written communication skills in English (English proficiency is a must)
  • Familiarity with Local policies
  • Passion for developing efficient HR processes and conducting data analysis to enhance user experiences for colleagues
  • Demonstrated comprehension of end-to-end user experience for HR procedures
  • Ability to use established methods to solve common problems, a business-driven team player attitude, and readiness to assist whenever necessary
  • Capability to prioritize tasks, collaborate effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment by adapting to new technologies
  • Exercise sound judgement and discretion when handling sensitive information, escalating issues when required
  • Strong listening skills and a growth mindset to support a diverse employee base
  • Dedication to continuous process enhancement

Preferred:

  • Experience with SuccessFactors and ServiceNow
  • Proficiency in customer service tools, systems, and methodologies
  • Background in overseeing tasks related to Shared Service Center operations
  • Ability to speak multiple languages (English and another language) is a plus
