MyBiz, a corporate travel management platform by MakeMyTrip provides a customizable, real-time self-booking system which seamlessly integrates into a company's structure to deliver convenience, transparency, savings and the power of choice.
Over last 5 years, they have onboarded prominent corporates like Vedanta, P&G, Zomato, Bajaj Finance, Escorts, Netflix, Byju's and Blackberry etc which are availing the benefits of our seamless platform, along with significant savings.
About theRole:
As an Account Manager at MyBiz MakeMyTrip, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients.
You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Your role will involve understanding client requirements, providing tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.What will you be doing:
Building long-term relationships and maintaining strong relationships with the customers.
Interfacing with Decision Makers of acquired corporate organizations for getting repeat business Cross-selling across our Lines of Business to increase revenue.
Handling entire sales cycle from lead generation, preparing and giving business presentations/ proposals to closing the final deal.Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Creating and maintaining a healthy sales funnel week on week.
Engaging & retaining clients through regular connects and visits.
Analyzing the current market trends for scoping competition and adapting best practices.
Ensuring quick resolution of queries and escalations by clients to ensure smooth operations.
Working closely with the support departments such as creative, operations, tech, finance for Client /corporate on-boarding.
Taking the contracts from inception to closure with the help of legal department ensuring sales-cycle completion.
Interaction Points:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply, Product, post sales, Finance, Tech and as well as various business units.
Qualification & Experience:
2-6 years of B2B sales experience.
Post-Graduation (MBA/PGDM)/Graduation from reputed Colleges.
Key Success Factors for the
Role:
Understanding of commission structures, discounting, and basic knowledge of P&L management.
Passion for data and an exceptional ability to solve complex problems.
Strong communication skills, Influencing skills, great interpersonal & stakeholder management skills.
