  • Analyze data to spot trends, patterns, and insights for informed decision-making.
  • Lead requirements gathering workshops and document functional and nonfunctional requirements.
  • Participate in designing and configuring Veeva Vault solutions to match business needs.
  • Create and update documentation like user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Assist in IT project management tasks including resource planning, risk management, and change control.
  • Perform system testing and manage user acceptance testing for quality and usability assurance.
  • Offer end-user training and assistance during Veeva Vault implementation and post-implementation phases.
  • Work with cross-functional teams for seamless Veeva Vault integration with other IT systems.
  • Spot opportunities to enhance and optimize Veeva Vault functionality continuously.

Required Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years of work experience.
  • Thorough technical grasp of Veeva Vault.
  • Hands-on experience in Veeva configurations, particularly in QMS.
  • Expected to independently lead and manage business stakeholders, work on design/configurations, POCs, testing, and data loads.
  • Assess the impact of Veeva product releases with business and testing teams.
  • Collaborate with business counterparts to drive monthly BAU releases.
  • Offer independent support and resolve critical end-user issues.
Support the existing L2 team to address top user concerns.
