Associate – Recoveries - Agency Support

The Role:


Associate in the Recoveries back-office process for a premier US-based Telecom client, renowned as an industry leader and one of the most esteemed companies in the telecommunications sector.


Responsibilities:


Complete assigned tasks daily to achieve daily standards, researching accounts to determine the tasks type and taking necessary actions to resolve the query.

Email documents and process any adjustments as required.
Follow compliance guidelines to ensure all actions are in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Remain current and knowledgeable on every aspect of Recoveries guidelines, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is utilized in query resolution.

Be accountable for occupancy and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy of any tasks that are performed daily.

Collaborate with team members and other departments if needed to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

Identify and address any process gaps or inefficiencies, proposing solutions to improve overall workflow and productivity.

Collaborate with Leads, Supervisors, and other team members to identify process gaps, update job aides, and address escalated call backs effectively.


Qualification & Skills:
Bachelor's qualification in any field.
1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Previous experience in dispute resolution, customer service, or related field preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to research accounts and determine the validity of disputes.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing documents and adjustments.
Knowledge of compliance guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Proactive approach to identifying process improvements and implementing solutions.

Onsite

Shift Timings:
Day (Flexibility required between 10 AM to 7 PM and 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM)
