Job Title : Digital Learning Manager – India Offshoring

Position Summary :

Introduction: We are at an exciting time in our journey. At Thales, we are launching an in-house studio dedicated to serving all Thales entities worldwide with digital learning solutions. Through this initiative, we aim to empower our internal teams to leverage the benefits of digital learning, powered by a synergic network of academies and partners. As we gear up for this challenge, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning Project Manager to join us. You will play a key role in helping our studio operate efficiently and effectively leveraging the strategic Indian partnerships that we have established.

Mission: To ensure the efficient execution of digital learning projects by supervising local providers, coordinating with the central studio team, and facilitating the conversion of expert content into digital learning materials. This role is tasked with maintaining the company's quality standards and signature.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Coordination :

Lead and manage digital learning project execution in coordination with the local providers and central studio team based in France. Collaborate with key stakeholders in the Central Studio Team to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Collaborate with external vendors and partners, ensuring alignment with project goals and standards. Engage and update key stakeholders regularly, providing insights into project progress and addressing concerns. Solicit feedback and input from stakeholders to enhance project outcomes.

Quality Assurance : Ensure that digital learning content adheres to the company's quality standards and signature. This includes reviewing content created by local providers and occasionally creating content independently, considering the needs of a diverse, global audience when designing and implementing digital learning solutions.

Implement feedback mechanisms to gather input from learners and stakeholders.

Interface and Communication : Act as the main point of contact between local providers, central studio team, and internal expert content contributors.

Cost and Time Management : Track project costs and timelines to ensure they align with company's budget and project schedule and identify cost saving opportunities in project execution

Compliance and Standards : Ensure that digital learning solutions comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Project Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.

Evaluation and Reporting: Establish evaluation criteria to measure the success and impact of digital learning programs and generate and analyze reports to assess the effectiveness of the digital learning modules.

Design and produce in house digital learning modules : During the ramp up phase, it is expected to produce digital learning modules in-house.

Be a pro active member of the Global Studio team: bringing experience, expertise, play a key role in the continuous improvement of the Global Studio services delivery...

Qualifications :

Extensive experience in digital learning field. Proven track record in managing large-scale digital learning projects (5 years of experience in the domain) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Hindi. French would be a plus. Understanding of the current market trends and advancements in digital learning. Subcontractors management – working with vendors in the digital learning domain Project management capability – with certification in project management

Skills & Abilities :

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work under tight deadlines. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members. High level of organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills. Flexibility and adaptability to adjust quickly and navigate changing project requirements, and also adapt to international work culture. Ability to design and produce digital learning module with a strong instructional design background Strong knowledge in digital learning tools and technologies, instructional design principles. Familiar with AI/Generative AI... Knowledge of SCORM and other e-learning standards.
