Job Summary: We are searching for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid sales background, particularly in e-commerce and digital marketing. The role involves driving sales, managing online product listings, and using CRM software to maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Conversion:
  • Manage leads from IndiaMART and other platforms.
  • Identify and convert potential customers for sales.
  • E-commerce Management:
  • Oversee and optimize product listings on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Implement SEO strategies to enhance product visibility and boost sales.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance for data-driven adjustments.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Use Zoho CRM to handle customer interactions and sales pipelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
  • Sales Strategies and Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for aligned strategies.
  • Conduct market research for new opportunities and industry trends.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare sales reports and present insights to management.
  • Analyze sales data for trends and improvement areas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1.5 years of sales experience, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with Zoho CRM and managing e-commerce product listings.
  • Strong SEO and digital marketing understanding.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
