Report to He should be reporting to Group Head Communications @ Mumbai Required Skills Must be an exterinced communication profession from Gujarat (Gujarati)

A good at stakeholder management skill external and internal both must be required

An extremely good at Public Relations will be added advantage Smart, Adaptable a good collaborations skill with the department and external persons are required Tactful and adapt and manage difficult issues related to the regions.

Job Purpose

This Role will lead the organizations communications at regional level specially at the Surat and Hazira (Local candidature preferred) and will develop and execute internal and external communication strategies and plan for the given region and to ensure that consistent and positive messages/ communications are released that promotes positive corporate image among various stakeholders through various media platforms

Roles and Responsibility:

A strong and Known face in media fraternity: Local media (Press / TV) should be under his control as he needs to handle media relations in a best possible way.

Develop overall communications strategy for the region in collaboration with Head Communications

Provide Input for his regional communication materials like newsletters, blogs, press releases and similar marketing materials in order to promote company's products and services.

Implement company's communication plan in order to increase brand awareness.

*Develop and manage relationships with key media players+ stakeholders to secure and grow media online and offline coverage.

Prepare the annual communications budget for the region and ensure its efficiently utilised *Work with marketing departments and CSR to generate new ideas and innovative strategies. *Branding strategy execution in collaboration with central Corp communication team and Marketing team

*Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to promote and positively represent the organization through internal and external communication.

*Ensure communications consistency among different stakeholders.

Prepare detailed quarterly media activity reports.

Planning the regional campaign calendar and branding initiatives aligned to the local culture and important events in local region Internal Stakeholders Close coordination and collaboration with Corporate Affairs, Legal and Central Corporate Communication team
