After the launch in 2016, Amazon Prime team is now looking for a detailed oriented business analyst to be part of the IN Prime Analytics & Insights team.

The analyst will design, build, automate and maintain business reporting activities.

They will work closely with the business team, marketing team, Finance team and program managers across the Prime business's to streamline business, marketing, campaign performance, merchant/ customer behavior, new initiatives and financial reporting.

An ideal analyst is one who enjoys discovering and solving complicated problems, can quickly learn complex systems, likes to work with numbers, and takes pride in organizing and communicating their work.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Bengaluru, KA, IND

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of data analytics or automation experience
  • 1+ years of capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL
  • Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
  • Experience with data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of SQL/Python/R, scripting, MS Excel, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions
  • Bachelor's degree
in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, or any related quantitative field
