• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their processes, challenges, and requirements.


• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.


• Design and configure Salesforce solutions using Salesforce tools and technologies.


• Lead the functional and technical aspects of project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to implementation, testing, and deployment.


• Conduct business process reviews and workflow analysis to recommend process improvements and optimization.


• Create and maintain detailed documentation including technical specifications, configuration notes, and process flows.


• Provide guidance and training to end-users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.


• Manage integration projects between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.


• Perform data migration and data quality initiatives within Salesforce.


• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to advise on potential impacts and benefits to the business.


• Serve as a liaison between the technical team and business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.


• Extensive experience in Salesforce service cloud – Case management, Service Console, Omni Channel, knowledge articles etc.


• Knowledge of Industry cloud and Public Sector Cloud is a plus
