We are on the lookout for a Lead Manager specializing in Source to Pay to join the Enterprise Sourcing Office Accounts Payable team. This role is based in Pune, MH, operating in a Hybrid mode.

Your impact in this role will be felt through:

  • Driving end-to-end reengineering and transformation of the Accounts Payable process
  • Leading initiatives on Dynamic discounting and enhancing payment methods
  • Providing support from design to implementation, ensuring post-production and client project support
  • Resolving disputes promptly with suppliers/Line of business
  • Identifying and implementing automation solutions for process enhancement
  • Meeting set targets, focusing on quality, speed, controls, and customer value
  • Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts for continual improvement projects

Key Requirements to excel in this role:

  • Strong abilities in Critical Thinking & Leadership
  • Implementing data-driven strategies for payment optimization
  • Proficiency in Oracle and Ivalua Reports
  • Skills in SQL Query, PL/SQL Programming, and Shell Scripts
  • Effective management of senior stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Self-driven with a knack for self-initiative
  • Ability to perform under pressure

For success in this role, candidates should possess:

EDUCATION
Bachelor/Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Application, or equivalent

Supply chain management certification is a plus

EXPERIENCE
Over 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable systems including Oracle & Ivalua

Exposure to dynamic discounting and various payment methods

Data-driven accounts payable experience

Work experience in Design, Implementation, Post-production, and Support

Expertise in enhancing Oracle features to meet business needs

Prior involvement in change management and process transformation

Good grasp of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel
