This program aims to identify, train, and develop aspiring pilots, ensuring a pipeline of skilled aviators for the future.

Job Description

As the Airline Cadet Marketing Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation and promotion of our Airline Cadet Program. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to attract top-tier candidates to our program. Your creativity, analytical skills, and passion for aviation will drive the success of this critical program.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop Marketing Strategy : Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the goals and objectives of the Airline Cadet Program.

2. Target Audience Identification : Conduct market research to identify target demographics and develop targeted marketing campaigns to attract qualified candidates.

3. Brand Promotion : Develop and maintain the brand identity of the Airline Cadet Program, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels.

4. Content Creation : Create compelling marketing materials, including digital content, print materials, videos, and presentations, to showcase the benefits and opportunities of the program.

5. Digital Marketing : Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, to reach prospective cadets.

6. Event Coordination : Plan and coordinate recruitment events, such as career fairs, informational sessions, and campus visits, to engage with potential candidates and promote the program.

7. Partnership Development : Identify and cultivate partnerships with aviation schools, universities, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to expand the reach of the program.

8. Metrics Tracking : * Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.

9. Candidate Relationship Managemen t: Build and maintain relationships with prospective cadets, providing support and guidance throughout the application and enrollment process.

10. Compliance and Reporting : Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and reporting requirements, maintaining accurate records and documentation as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the aviation or education sector.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and information to diverse audiences.

Creativity and innovation, with a passion for developing engaging marketing content and materials.

Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Knowledge of aviation industry trends and regulations is a plus.

Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
