Responsibilities of the Senior Learning Manager:

  • Implementing network standard training programs for associates, managers, trainers, and others
  • Managing Area Trainer deployment, development, and productivity
  • Collaborating with operations leaders to identify training needs and schedule training events
  • Acting as a liaison with internal customers and Operations team to drive positive impacts on key business metrics
  • Customizing training content to meet regional requirements and ensuring compliance
  • Analyzing data to propose improvements for training and operations
  • Fostering a continuous improvement culture through coordinated activities with operations leaders

We are looking for candidates who can work from any of the following locations:

Bangalore, Karnataka, India

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience delivering training/information to Associates and Manager level employees
  • Proficiency in data analytics using advanced Excel strategies
  • Ability to create learning content and utilize Learning Management Systems
  • Experience in content development tools
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage projects effectively
  • Experience in coaching and performance-related communications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master's Degree in a related field

Resume indicating progressive experience in Training/Learning Management over the last 5+ years in a leadership role within manufacturing/production/distribution
