Profile: Manager - Technical Architect

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design and define the overall technical architecture of our software product.
  • Stay current with the latest .NET technologies and trends, recommending and implementing best practices.
  • Lead the development and implementation of technical standards and guidelines.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design) to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
  • Break down complex technical problems into actionable steps for the development team.
  • Manage technical risks and dependencies.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for the technical architecture.

Competency Requirement:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, NET Core, Azure, etc.).
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure software solutions.
  • Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience mentoring and leading software development teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
