We are seeking ahighly skilled and motivated BI/ Tableau Developer to join ourdynamic team immediately.

Responsibilities :

Querying:
Utilize SQL or other query languages toretrieve data from various databases data warehouses and datasources. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their dataneeds and translate them into effective queries.

Data Wrangling:
Clean transform and organize raw datafrom multiple sources into structured formats for analysis.
Identify and resolve data inconsistencies missing values andanomalies. Apply data manipulation techniques to ensure dataquality and consistency.

Metadata Preparation:
Develop and maintain metadata documentation including datadictionaries data lineage and data models using P

ython PandasNumPy.

Ensure the accuracy and completeness ofmetadata to facilitate data discovery and understanding.

Data Cleansing:
Identify and address data quality issuesby implementing data cleansing techniques. Validate data integrityand accuracy through data profiling and analysis. Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to establish data quality standards andprocesses.

Reporting and Visualization:

Utilizereporting tools like Tableau Power BI and executive reportingsuites to create visually appealing and insightful reportsdashboards and executive summaries.

Design and implementinteractive visualizations to present datadriven insights to seniorstakeholders.

Analysis and Insights:
Performindepth data analysis to identify trends patterns and correlations.
Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on dataanalysis to support strategic decisionmaking and businessgrowth.

Collaboration and Documentation:
Collaborate with stakeholders data engineers and business users tounderstand data requirements validate analysis results and ensuredata accuracy. Document data analysis methodologies assumptions andfindings to maintain an auditable trail of analysisactivities.

RequiredSkills :
3 years of workexperience in data analysis or a related field.
Proficient in querying languages such as SQL with experience inretrieving and manipulating data from relationaldatabases.
Must have strong Python programmingexperience using Pandas NumPy etc libraries.
Familiarity with metadata management and preparation ensuring datadocumentation is accurate and uptodate.
Experience with data cleansing techniques and tools to ensure dataquality and integrity.

Proficiency in reportingtools like Tableau Power BI and executive reporting suites with theability to create impactful visualizations and reports for seniorstakeholders.

Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills with the ability to derive meaningfulinsights from complex data sets.
Strongattention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy andreliability.
Good communication skills toeffectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams andstakeholders.
