Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and seasoned Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid sales background, particularly in e-commerce and digital marketing. Responsibilities include driving sales, managing online product listings, and using CRM software to maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Conversion:
    • Handle and nurture leads from IndiaMART and other platforms.
    • Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales.
  • E-commerce Management:
    • Supervise and optimize product listings on platforms like Amazon.
    • Implement SEO strategies for better product visibility and sales.
    • Analyze product performance and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Use Zoho CRM for managing customer interactions and sales pipelines.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Sales Strategies and Execution:
    • Develop effective sales strategies to meet targets.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team for aligned strategies.
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay updated with trends.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Generate sales reports and provide insights to management.
    • Analyze sales data for trends and improvement areas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1.5 years of sales experience, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with Zoho CRM and managing product listings on Amazon.
  • Good understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Skills:

  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
