Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, especially within e-commerce and digital marketing sectors. They will be responsible for driving sales, managing online product listings, and utilizing CRM software to maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Conversion:
  • Manage and nurture leads from IndiaMART and other lead generation platforms.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers, converting leads into sales.
  • E-commerce Management:
  • Oversee and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms like Amazon.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve product visibility and drive sales.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Utilize Zoho CRM to manage customer interactions and sales pipelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Sales Strategies and Execution:
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with digital marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present insights to management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM software, specifically Zoho CRM.
  • Proficiency in managing product listings on e-commerce platforms like Amazon.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
