As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and skilled HR specialist to grow our innovative team.

Roles and responsibilitiesManaging the tech and non-tech recruitment efforts including actively recruiting for open positions across offices and partnering with external recruiters to ensure headcount needs are metPosting and tracking jobs on various sitesCoordinating with external recruitersConducting and screening interviews and coordinating with departments for interview roundsPreparing offer letters and appointment letters, performing background checksCoordinating the onboarding process with internal teamsLeading the employee relations activities including performance management programs; utilizing systems/tools that support the business objectives as well as general employee feedback including during onboarding and off-boardingManaging employee health and other benefits, partnering with benefits companies regularly and leading annual open enrollmentMaintaining accurate records for employee transactions in the HRMS and company policies while maintaining compliance with applicable lawsSupporting operational training program; providing feedback and recommendations to trainers, and periodic monitoring of training materials, content, and formatManaging a team of 2-3 members in the HR function to achieve goalsPerforming other HR operations such as employee performance improvement, terminations, promotions, employee grievance and career growth plan, updating employee handbookA good understanding of various roles in a SaaS company

Candidate Profile:6+ years of experience in HR and recruiting4+ years of prior experience working with software products or SaaS companiesStrong work ethic and can function both as an individual contributor and as a team playerExceptional communication and people management skillsAn approachable demeanour with the ability to collaborate with other departmentsAbility to get the job done within specific timelines both from recruitment and operations perspectiveCan create and execute strategies, engagement programs, and policies in alignment with the company's objectivesIs willing to go above and beyond the SOW when needed and can multitask with ease
