Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
  • Provide information about our cybersecurity products and services to potential and existing customers.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on customer queries.
  • Assist the sales team by setting up meetings and providing support during the sales process.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of the telesales processes and strategies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow all data protection regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and handle multiple calls.
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be a plus.
