Lead a project of customize ERP development, from the definition stage up to implementation.

Manage the infrastructure and operation integrations of acquire companies to the Mexico manufacturing operations.

Perform added responsibility of book keeping, AR/AP entries, payroll ledger, and financial statements.

Key responsibilities include business-to-business selling, inventory and logistics management, marketing promotion, and new business development.

Full oversight of supplier relations including quarterly business reviews with all vendors.

Develop and implement a system that allows managers to data mine PLC information.

Install PLC to control rubber mixing and molding line and implement SPC procedures.

Serve as a principal liaison to DOD COR for the status of the facility systems.

Plan, design and execute TDL and CTP networks ISO combine (coalition) /joint operations.

Lead a team of 4 employees to ensure KPI s, departmental and strategic objectives are meet consistently.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Minimum 3 years of managerial experience

Proficient in MS Office applications

Strong understanding of financial and administrative processes

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
