Deputy Manager

We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join our team in the FMCG Manufacturing industry

Location: Trichy

Responsibilities from actual Deputy Manager resumes:

• Manage and coordinate SLA's with vendors
• Lead and motivate the team to ensure compliance with corporate activities and KPI's
• Oversee a project for customizing ERP development from definition to implementation
• Supervise all aspects of accounting and bookkeeping functions using ERP for a large shipbuilding company specializing in long-term construction
• Manage infrastructure and operational integrations of acquired companies with Mexico manufacturing operations
• Handle bookkeeping, AR/AP entries, payroll ledger, and financial statements
• Responsible for business-to-business sales, inventory and logistics management, marketing promotions, and new business development
• Manage supplier relations including quarterly business reviews
• Develop a system for data mining PLC information
• Implement PLC for controlling rubber mixing and molding line and SPC procedures
• Act as a key liaison to DOD COR regarding facility systems
• Plan, design, and execute TDL and CTP networks for joint operations
• Lead a team of 4 employees to meet KPIs, departmental, and strategic objectives consistently

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong understanding of financial and administrative processes
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
