The Real Estate Pre-Sales Tally Caller is responsible for reaching out to potential clients to generate interest and secure leads for real estate projects. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective buyers, gathering information, and tallying responses to create a database of interested parties. The Tally Caller will work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients using provided contact lists.
- Introduce and provide information about current and upcoming real estate projects.
Lead Generation:
- Identify potential buyers by asking targeted questions to gauge their interest and suitability.
- Collect and document relevant information from potential clients, such as contact details, preferences, and buying intentions.
Follow-Up:
- Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for interested clients with the sales team.
- Send follow-up emails or messages to potential clients to provide additional information or answer questions.
Reporting:
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call activity, lead generation results, and overall performance.
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Customer Service:
- Address potential client queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience and build positive relationships.
Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or real estate is advantageous.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
