Sr. Program Manager, RBS Tech

The team drives three core themes: 1) Find and Fix all customer and selling partner experience (CX and SPX) defects using technology, 2) Generate comprehensive insights for brand growth opportunities, and 3) Completely automate Stores tasks.
The Senior Program Manager (L6) role in RBS Tech Sciences requires strong cross-functional collaboration skills, fundamental knowledge of ML/AI, program and project management capabilities.
A successful candidate will have an established background in driving a complex program portfolio with considerable impact, excellent program management, problem solving and communication skills and be comfortable interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
The candidate should have a history of driving deep insights from complex data, have exceptional business judgement including financial acumen to quickly assess the viability of key decisions, ability to write compelling business documents and drive outcomes for senior leadership at Amazon.
The ability to influence cross functionally and across the organization, at all levels, will be absolutely critical to success in this role.
Key job responsibilities- Serve as the Science teams central point of coordination and integration between the RBS Sciences, Engineering, Product and Business teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify the problem spaces, clearly define Sciences requirements, and enable delivery of appropriate ML models to achieve business goals of the science platforms
- Engage with external Sciences teams to explore opportunities for ML collaboration and identify synergies
- Establish and oversee the implementation of ML Governance frameworks to establish best practices across RBS.
- Coordinate the work across Sciences initiatives, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and continuous progress to deliver on commitments
- Drive end-to-end high impact and high visibility programs that impact WW Retail and hence customer experience on Amazon
- Strong communication and influencing skills with an ability to deal with a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in defining, developing and using metrics to drive the vision and manage the business.
- Ability to lead not only at the strategic level, but also tactically day-to-day by diving deeply into business and technical domains.
- Ability to work effectively & independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Write compelling business documents and drive outcomes for senior leadership at Amazon
Bangalore, KA, IND- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
