Job Specification:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources with 8-10 years of experience in HR Analytics and Operations
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Python, or similar HR Analytics tools
  • Hands-on experience in process enhancement and automation projects
  • Proficient in handling bulk data and skilled in MS Excel, Powerpoint, and Word. Profound knowledge of excel macros and VBA coding
  • Experience with Workday HRIS tool is a plus
  • Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
  • Strong prioritization skills and a drive for achieving results
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
