Job Description

We are seeking a modern and highly skilled Technical Sales Operations Specialist with extensive experience in the latest sales lead generation platforms, CRM tools, AI, and sales enablement technologies. This role is pivotal in optimizing our sales processes and ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of our sales functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage and enhance various sales systems to drive efficiency and success.

Technical Expertise and Support:

  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of sales lead generation platforms, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools.
  • Provide technical support and training for sales teams, ensuring they are proficient with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, , Clay, ChatGPT, Lavendar AI, and Snov.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to sales tools and systems, collaborating with IT and external vendors as needed.

Data Management and Analysis:

  • Manage and maintain the integrity of sales data across all platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and implement data segmentation strategies for targeted campaigns and outreach.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline status, and lead generation effectiveness.

Operational Excellence:

  • Optimize and automate sales processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for CRM hygiene and data management.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align technology solutions with business objectives and strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales tools, recommending upgrades or new solutions as necessary.

Leadership and Team Development:

  • Foster a positive and motivating environment, keeping BDRs engaged and motivated.
  • Recognize and celebrate team and individual achievements to maintain high morale.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new BDRs, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and systems.
  • Assist the Director of Outbound Demand Generation with onboarding delivery timelines.
  • Monitor BDRs' daily and weekly activities to ensure targets and objectives are met, providing feedback and guidance as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales operations, with a strong focus on technical tools and systems.
  • Expertise in CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with sales lead generation platforms like , ZoomInfo, Clay, Snov, and sales enablement tools including SalesLoft, Orum, Engage, Outreach, Lavendar AI, and ChatGPT.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of training and collaborating with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within sales operations or a technical support capacity.
  • Familiarity with data management and analysis tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, and BI platforms.
  • Experience in optimizing sales processes and automating workflows.
