Responsibilities:

  • Set appointments and hold meetings with Dental Clinic Owners, Hospital Owners, and esteemed Doctors in the twin cities to introduce them to an efficient procurement method for their facilities.
  • Achieve consistent monthly sales of Rs 5 Lakhs from these hospitals.
  • Visit clinics/hospitals door-to-door, provide solutions, and convert them into customers (Please refrain from applying if you consider yourself too senior for door-to-door visits).
  • Onboard clinic and hospital accounts in all regions of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh onto our tech-driven B2B procurement platform.
  • Drive sales of Medical Devices.
  • Secure recurring sales of consumables for hospitals and clinics.
  • Generate sales by executing hospital Turnkey projects.
  • Promote Biomedical Service-related sales.
  • Explore new business opportunities in areas with market demand.
  • Manage ecommerce operations, procurement, and timely delivery of medical supplies to doctors on a regular basis.
  • Establish efficient systems for bulk commerce fulfillment for clinics and hospitals.
  • Identify and onboard medical devices that meet market needs, enhancing the platform's offerings.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience through effective e-commerce operations.
  • Incorporate customer insights into product development by understanding customer psychology.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the medical device industry through continuous learning.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring prompt deliveries and addressing payment collection promptly.
  • Travel extensively to expand business in new regions.
Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated sales skills, even in challenging scenarios.
  • A strong drive for customer satisfaction and a passion for making a real impact within a startup setting.
  • Exceptional relationship-building abilities.
  • Charismatic presence.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, particularly doorto-door sales.
  • Ability to take on multiple roles simultaneously such as Sales Head, Sales Representative, Regional Sales Manager, and Business Development Manager.
  • Aiming to excel as the top salesperson in the market.

Key Performance Objectives:

  • Onboard clinics and hospitals in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh for the procurement of consumables and disposables across all medical specialties.
  • Establish and streamline agile sales processes, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance sales efforts continuously.
  • Generate a significant number of leads with a lead conversion rate of at least 80%.
  • Identify and oversee turnkey biomedical projects for successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with local distributors, manufacturers, stockists, and sub-stockists to streamline medical device procurement.
  • Negotiate supplier agreements to secure competitive prices and lead times.
  • Diversify the product catalog based on market demand across all categories.
  • Build and supervise a marketing team responsible for sales and service in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
  • Attain a 20% monthly growth in the company's recurring revenue through sales of medical diagnostic and surgical devices to hospitals and clinics.
  • Achieve a monthly recurring revenue of 50 Lakhs in the coming years.
  • Pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Focus on customer needs to provide effective solutions and enhance satisfaction levels.
  • Deepen knowledge of the medical device industry through continuous learning.
