ResponsibilitiesStrike appointments and meetings with Dental Clinic Owners and Hospital owners and renowned Doctors in the twin cities to

introduce to them a new efficient way of procurement for their facility.
Crack recurring sales of Rs 5 Lakhs a month from these hospitals.

Visit clinics/hospitals door-to-door and offer solutions and convert them into customers(Please don't apply if you think you're too senior to visit customers door-to-door)Onboard clinics and hospitals accounts in all territories in Telangana and AP onto our tech based B2B procurement solution.

Generate Medical Device Sales.
Generate Recurring consumables sales for bedded hospitals and clinicsGenerate sales from executing hospital Turnkey projects.
Generate Biomedical Service related sales.
Develop new business avenues where the market need is present.

Handle operations of ecommerce , procurement and fulfillment of medical supplies for next-day deliveries to doctors on a regular basis.

Establish and implement systems and processes for quick and bulk commerce fulfillment for clinics and hospitals.
Identify and onboard medical devices that align with market demands, enriching our platform's offerings.
Ensure a seamless and delightful customer experience through efficient e-commerce operations.
Understand customer psychology and incorporate customer insights into product development.
Develop a strong understanding of the medical device domain through continuous curiosity and learning.
Prioritize customer satisfaction, ensuring their needs are met at all times and deliveries are prompt.
Ensure timely collection of payments/invoices and address supply chain inefficiencies through iterative improvements.
Travel extensively to close business in new regions.

Qualifications


Sales skills even in sleepA strong passion for customer satisfaction and the drive to create a real impact within a startup environment.

Strong relationship building skillsCharisma exuding andAt least 3 years of experience in overall sales and door-to-door salesCan wear the role of Sales Head, Sales Representative, Regional Sales Manager and Business Development Manager at once.

Key Performance Objectives:


Onboard clinics and hospitals in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh for the purchase of consumables and disposables across all medical specialities.

Establish and manage agile sales processes, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously enhance sales efforts.

Generate numerous leads for the company with a lead conversion rate of at least 80%.Identify turnkey biomedical projects and oversee their successful implementation.

Identify and collaborate with local distributors, manufacturers, stockists, and sub-stockists to streamline the procurement of medical devices.
Optimize supplier agreements to secure better prices and lead times.
Expand the product catalog across all categories based on market demand.
Build and manage a marketing team responsible for sales and service in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Achieve a 20% monthly growth in the company's recurring revenue by selling medical diagnostic/surgical devices to hospitals and clinics.
Achieve a recurring revenue of 50 Lakhs a month in a few years time.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive the company's growth.
Prioritize customer needs, providing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Cultivate a deep understanding of the medical device domain through continuous learning.
