The role will support the evolution of theEnterprise Architecture function which is integral to business andtechnology planning driving digitization andinnovation.


The role of an ApplicationArchitecture Analyst will involve analyzing the portfolio ofbusiness applications their impact on the business and theircontribution to the organizationssuccess.


The role will be responsible forsupporting the APM (Application Portfolio Management) program withthe objective of rationalizing business applications across theportfolio.

By working with key stakeholdersacross the enterprise the role is responsible for supporting modernbusiness analysis practices for the firm. Strong collaborativepartnerships with different technology engineering &operations groups will be fundamental forsuccess.

Analyze thecapabilities ofapplications

Evaluateexistingsystems

Collaboratewith stakeholders developers and business analysts to documentsystem components interfaces and dataflows

Conductapplication softwareselections

Perform riskassessments

Ensure proposedarchitecture meets businessrequirements

Keeping abreastof emerging technologies industry trends and best practices inapplication architecture to continually enhance knowledge andskills

Performanalytics on architectural data to provide insights andrecommendations to seniorstakeholders

BasicQualifications:
35 years ofworking as Business Analystexperience

Experience inEnterprise Architecture frameworks ormethodologies

Provenexperience in succeeding in environments with significantambiguity

Attention todetail and ability to synthesizedata

Excellentwritten and oral communication skills e.g. adept at storytellingpresenting thoughts effectively and persuasively to individuals atall levels within the organization including seniorleaders

BasicQualifications:

3-5+ years of working as Business Analystexperience Experience in Enterprise Architecture frameworks ormethodologies Proven experience in succeeding in environments withsignificant ambiguity We are looking for someone who has: Strongknowledge of accounting industry practices and processes Attentionto detail and ability to synthesize data Excellent written and oralcommunication skills, e.g., adept at storytelling, presentingthoughts effectively and persuasively to individuals at all levelswithin the organization including senior leaders Solid grasp ofbusiness and application architecture concepts Self-motivated,self-starter who can work independently and deliver incrementalresults.
