- Understanding of design patterns (and software architecture.

- Willingness to experiment and adapt to the needs of millions of users.

- Is able to drive the team to deliver better solutions through better software designs, engineering practices, and automation.

Even better if you have :

- Experience with CI

- Knowledge of UI automated testing

- Familiarity with Video streaming and libraries like Video JS, Shaka Player, etc.

- Knowledge of monitoring, remote config, and experimentation tools

- Ability to analyze features' impact on other features and teams.
