About Role: This role will be responsible for all aspects of financial and compliance management at BHIVE Group. The primary focus would be to analyse day-to-day financial activities, regulatory compliances and subsequently provide insights to top management on future financial plans and compliance changes. The role holder would be responsible for collaborating with cross functional teams like sales, marketing, legal, HR and such other divisions overall organizational compliance.

Key deliverables:

  • FINANCE MANAGEMENT
  • Responsible for preparing the organizational budget and all other financial reports (viz MIS/Cash Flow/Working Capital/Ratios etc) and such other periodic reports keeping in mind both the organizational and programmatic requirements of BHIVE Group
  • Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles
  • Coordinate development of annual operating plan, capital, and program budgets, as well as reporting for the same in conjunction and adequate liaising with the cross functional departments
  • Ensure cash flow is compatible with operations by overseeing day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal-control activities of the organization
  • Build and lead a stable business finance team
  • Review and advise financial reports, identify the gaps in controls and organizations financial system
  • Liaison with and Manage Bankers and maintain and furnish real time information as required for credit assessment. Contacts with family offices, Financial institutions and experience of raising debts preferable.
  • Analyse strategic initiatives of the company and model for any financial implications, thereby aligning cash flows and initiatives to raise fund etc to the strategic changes in the company.
  • Help in restructuring financials of the company to be consonant with the fund raise requirements or any such other impending liquidity event coming into play.

Key Competencies and skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Highly enterprising with excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and perform under tight timelines
  • Able to work and deliver under minimal supervision/independently Attention to detail

Educational Qualification:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant and/or CS
  • 10 years of overall experience in a similar position and/or experience with financial analysis, business operations, project and program management
  • Sound knowledge of the relevant regulatory framework and corporate regulations applicable to the post
  • Proven financial planning experience at the management level
  • Knowledge of risk, controls and compliance
  • Experience of working in a Real Estate Sector/ Flex Space Business is preferred
  • Long timer in a single stint at job is a plus

Additional Requirements:

  • Proven track record of complex data management, managing attrition and building a stable team, handling Big 4 audits.
  • Proven connects and contacts with Banking and other financial institutions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, FEMA and RBI regulations
  • Proven track of building a string and stable finance team
